Ashok Sharma born on 31st December, 1960 in Village Ser, District Hamirpur, H.P. did Matriculation from Government High School , Gohar, District Mandi, H.P. and graduated from G.B. Pant Govt. Degree College, Rampur Bushahar, District Shimla, H.P. did M.A. in English and LLB from H.P. University. In the year, 1986 joined Practice in High Court of Himachal Pradesh and held different positions:-
Assistant Advocate General, from 1998 to 2001.
Vice President and President of High Court Bar Association for three tenures.
Active member of Akhil Bhartiya Vidharthi Parishad and held various organisation responsibilities.
State President of Adhivakta Parishad H.P. for three years.
Secretary of Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha, H.P.
State convenor Bhartiya Janta Party & Legal Cell Legislative H.P. for two terms.
Senior Standing Counsel for H.P. Road Transport Corporation, H.P. State Electronic Development Corporation, Handicraft and Handloom Corporation, H.P. Vidhan Sabha, B.S.N.L. and others.
Assistant Solicitor General of India from September, 2014 to December, 2017.
