1- Former MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar seeking interim bail in the rape case of a minor in Unnao in 2017

The Delhi High Court will hear on December 22 the plea of ​​former MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar seeking interim bail in the rape case of a minor in Unnao in 2017.

Sengar has sought interim bail for two months to attend his daughter’s wedding (February 8). His lawyer told him that the wedding rituals will start on January 18.

Sengar’s appeal challenging the trial court’s verdict in the Unnao rape case is already pending in the High Court. Sengar has sought quashing of the trial court’s December 16, 2019 order convicting him.

Sengar has also sought quashing of the December 20, 2019 order, which sentenced him to imprisonment for the rest of his life.

2- Delhi Liquor Policy scam case

6- Shraddha Walker murder case
