Supreme Court said in a rape case hearing that a woman, who was in a relationship with a man and was willingly staying with him, cannot subsequently file a rape case once the relationship turns sour.
The Bench of Justices Hemant Gupta and Vikram Nath, therefore, granted anticipatory bail to one Ansaar Mohammad accused of rape, unnatural offences and criminal intimidation.
