The Supreme Court is going to celebrate Law Day on 26 November. A program has been organized regarding this. In which the Prime Minister will participate.
Indian Constitution was adopted on this day in 1949, and since then today is celebrated as Constitution Day or Constitution Day.
On 26 November 1949, the Constituent Assembly adopted the Constitution of India, which came into force on 26 January 1950.
Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment On 19th November 2015 Government of India decided to celebrate 26th November every year as ‘Constitution Day’ to promote constitutional values among the citizens.

In the last hearing, the defense counsel had said that Poonawalla told the court that he committed the crime on a “momentary impulse”.
He also stated before the court that he is cooperating with the police.

The court will give its verdict tomorrow at 2 pm. Satyendar Jain did not tell the jail administration that he was on a fast, he should have given it in writing.
Jail authority said that we never gave a special diet to Jain, Jain used to buy and eat himself. The jail authority said that a special diet is given to the inmates on occasions like Ramzan and Navrat.
The jail’s lawyer said that dry fruits are not given to any prisoner.

Shiv Shankar Pandey is currently in judicial custody. The ACB arrested three accused including Shiv Shankar Pandey on the night of 15 November.
Apart from Shiv Shankar Pandey, Om Singh and Prince were arrested in this case.

In October 2019, the Delhi High Court, while granting bail to Shivakumar, had said that he would have to take permission from the court to go abroad. The Income Tax Department filed a case against Shivakumar and filed a charge sheet.
On the basis of this, a case of money laundering was registered by the Enforcement Directorate.
The probe agency claims that Shivakumar’s assets worth around Rs 800 crore is unaccounted for.
