Indian Constitution was adopted on this day in 1949, and since then today is celebrated as Constitution Day or Constitution Day.

On 26 November 1949, the Constituent Assembly adopted the Constitution of India, which came into force on 26 January 1950.

Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment On 19th November 2015 Government of India decided to celebrate 26th November every year as ‘Constitution Day’ to promote constitutional values ​​among the citizens.

The jail’s lawyer said that dry fruits are not given to any prisoner.

The probe agency claims that Shivakumar’s assets worth around Rs 800 crore is unaccounted for.
