Justice Ashutosh Arvind Kumbhakoni, B.Sc., LL.B. : Born on 12th July 1959 in a family of Lawyers. Completed graduation at Solapur and Law graduation at ILS Law College Pune. On 6th Aug. 1982 enrolled with Bar Council. Practiced for about 10 years in the Solapur District, mainly in civil, co-operative and revenue courts. In the year 1992-93 started practice at Bombay High Court.
Had represented State Government for about five years as ‘A’ Panel Counsel. Worked as the First Associate Advocate General of Maharashtra for more than three years since 1st April 2005. Was involved in drafting various Legislations. Has also addressed a joint meeting of both the Houses of State Legislature. Has been a panel member of Lok Adalats.
