1-The Delhi High Court will hear the bail plea of ​​Tahir Hussain, accused in the Delhi violence, on December 21.

In the last hearing, Tahir Hussain’s lawyer Salman Khurshid had said that charge sheets have been filed in all the cases.

Khurshid had said that the same pattern has been adopted in all the FIRs, the statement recorded in one FIR is identical in the other FIR also.

Khurshid said that there is no allegation of the use of a gun on Tahir Hussain.

2- Whether he can grant furlough to a convict under the Delhi Jail Rules under Article 226 of the Constitution when his appeal is pending before the Supreme Court.

The Delhi High Court will hear about this on December 21. This case rules 1199 and 1200 pertain to the grant of parole and furlough to prisoners.

Note 2 to Rule 1224 states that if an appeal of a convict is pending before the High Court or the period for filing an appeal before the High Court has not expired, furlough shall not be granted and it shall be open to the convict to seek appropriate directions from the Court will be open

3-Pinky Irani, who joined Sukesh Chandrasekhar and Jacqueline, will be produced in the Patiala House Court on December 21 after the expiry of her judicial custody.

In the previous hearing, the EOW had said that judicial custody for 30 days was necessary to prevent the accused from committing any further offense and ensure proper investigation of the offense, and prevent the disappearance or tampering of evidence by the accused in any manner. Is.

4- The Rouse Avenue Court will hear on December 21 the case of AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan in the case of irregularities in Delhi Waqf Board recruitment.

In the last hearing, Amanatullah Khan did not appear in the Rouse Avenue Court as he had chest pain due to which he was admitted to the emergency ward.

A complaint was filed alleging arbitrary and illegal appointments by AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan to various posts in the Delhi Waqf Board.
