1- The Delhi High Court will hear on December 20 the bail plea filed by Satyendar Jain, lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail in connection with money laundering and corruption.

Satyendar Jain has sought bail in connection with the ED case registered under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) on September 30, 2017, and has said in his plea that he neither tries to influence witnesses nor tamper with evidence are in a position to.

He added that he is not even on the flight risk list.

2- The Delhi High Court will hear on December 20 a case related to disrespect of the national flag.

In the filed petition, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has been urged to cancel his membership for not giving information in his affidavit during the elections to the Patparganj assembly.

Challenging the victory of Manish Sisodia in the Patparganj assembly elections, Nationalist Party candidate Pratap Chandra has filed an election petition in the High Court.

Manish Sisodia did not give information about the said case in his nomination affidavit for the Patparganj Assembly, despite the chargesheet being prepared on November 29, 2016. He said that if a case is registered against anyone, it is mandatory to inform him at the time of nomination.

3- The Patiala House Court will hear on December 20 the money laundering case involving Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandes in the Sukesh Chandrasekhar fraud case.

In the last hearing, the court remarked that people are in jail. Due to the strict law, they are not getting bail.

They are demanding their right to a fair trial. Let us tell you that recently the Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed its second supplementary charge sheet in which it named Jacqueline Fernandez as an accused.

4- The Rouse Avenue court will take cognizance on December 20 of the charge sheet filed by the ED in the alleged scam in Delhi’s excise policy.

ED has filed a charge sheet against Sameer Mahendru in the case.

In the last hearing, ED had said that Dinesh Arora had said in his statement that there was a meeting regarding the 8 zones of Hyderabad.

Which Vijay Nair and Sameer Mahendru were involved, at the behest of Vijay Nair, Indo Spirit, which is a blacklisted company, was issued a license by the Excise Department.
